Established in 1995, handling international bulk carrier and tanker activities. Based in Singapore and operates an operational fleet for bulk transport to a number of destinations in Indonesia as well as internationally.
LNG East - West Shipping Company (Singapore) Pte Ltd
Established in Singapore in 2006 is a joint venture of Samudera, NYK, and Sovcomflot. The company operates a tanker transporting liquid natural gas (LNG) which currently holds a long-term contract of transporting LNG from a BP Tangguh gas plant.

Established in 2000, has a service of sea transport services to support the activities of liquid chemical industry, oil and gas, as well as freight of bulk shipping (liquid petrochemical, petroleum and bulk shipping). Has certification of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
PT Samudera Niaga Tangguh
Established in 2016, it has main business activities in general trading field for industrial fuel, spare parts & lube oil products.
The salvage, towage & underwater works services that the Company has managed since 1991 include sea ships incident assistance & rescue services, ship delinquency services, shipbuilding services, and underwater work. In developing its capacity, the Company cooperates with international ship rescue service providers.

Founded in 1991, its main activity is providing relief and rescue services related to accidents at sea. has a work permit under water works (SIUP PBA) and ISO 9001: 2008 certified. The Company has established a partnership with SMIT Salvage, an international salvage company from the Netherlands which was established in 1842.
