Samudera Indonesia and Ahlers have agreed on a partnership agreement between the two of them. The two companies agreed to establish a relationship as a worldwide logistics partner by combining their respective advantages and networks. 

Samudera through its subsidiary which operates as a service provider logistics will take over all of Ahlers's commercial activities in Indonesia. PT Silkargo Indonesia has effectively accepted the transfer of PT Ahlers Thoeng Indonesia's business as of March 1, 2021.

Ahlers is a logistics company from Belgium with more than 100 years of experience. With 650 employees spread across 3 regions of CIS Europe and Asia, Ahlers focuses on developing and strengthening its presence in Russia and the CIS countries.

Samudera for more than 65 years has continued to expand the range of shipping and logistics services to connect Indonesia and the world. The potential as a country that is the largest market in Southeast Asia makes Samudera continue to increase its focus to develop in Indonesia.
