CSR
Making a contribution to the community and society in our business area is one of our company’s missions. Samudera Energi Tangguh (SET) has been actively conducted Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs among others:
Sinar Wakatobi
SET funds the building, operation, and maintenance of Sinar Wakatobi. It’s a boat that serves waterway transportation for students in Muara Gembong Bekasi.
Scholarships
In order to nurture talents needed for the maritime industry, SET presents scholarships for students in Papua.
Mangrove Planting
Our concern for the environment drove us to participate in planting 5.500 Mangroves in Belawan.
Emergency Clinic
During the Lombok Earthquake, SET responded by funding and transporting emergency clinic units made by container to the affected area.
Health Donation
SET also initiates to development of CSR programs in the health sector. SET becomes a donor in Gentur Cleft Foundation where the funds are used for surgery on cleft lip children regularly.
