PT Samudera Sarana Logistik was established in 2017 as a Sub-Holding of PT Samudera Indonesia Tbk , supporting business of Samudera Indonesia Group's logistics which are currently engaged in the business of Container Depot, Warehousing and Cold Chain Logistics and Infrastructure-based logistics business.

Currently there are 3 subsidiaries of PT Samudera Sarana Logistik which are PT Masaji Tatanan Kontainer Indonesia as a main depot, PT Masaji Kargosentra Tama as a warehouse and distribution center, PT Samudera JWD Logistics as a cold storage and automotive.

  • PT Samudera JWD Logistics bought PT ACL shares so PT ACL officially became a subsidiary of PT Samudera Sarana Logistic
  • Entering Cold Chain Logistic by acquired 67% share of PT ACL
  • Consolidates 4 Business units under PT SSLog
  • 4 Business Aspects: Warehouse, Cold Chain Logistics, Container Depot, and Logistics Joint Venture Company
  • PT Samudera Sarana Logistik opened depot at Jambi

  • PT Masaji Tatanan Container changed the name to PT Samudera Sarana Logistik at Nov 6th, 2017
  • Acquired 99.998% of PT Masaji Kargosentra Tama
  • Formed a joint venture between SSLog and JWD, by forming a new company called JWD Logistics
