PT Prima Nur Panurjwan (PNP) is a subsidiary company of PT Samudera Indonesia Tbk established since 1986. PNP provides stevedoring, cargodoring and warehousing services for domestic cargo (container and breakbulk) in Tanjung Priok Port.
 

 

PNP has operated the Nusantara Multipurpose Wharf (DSN) since 2005 under a BOT (Build, Operate, and Transfer) scheme for 25 years. Additionally, PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II appointed PNP as one of the selected stevedoring companies to operate berths 208-209 at Tanjung Priok from 2010 to 2023.

PNP serves domestic shipping companies with various routes from Tanjung Priok to major ports in Indonesia.

  • Effectively and efficiently manage business operations by adhering to corporate governance and company policies, while optimizing work outcomes and services to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Establish a framework to integrate the Quality Management System, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Environmental, and Anti-Bribery Management System (Integrated Management System) into the company’s management and corporate culture.
  • Provide workplace conditions and environments that support delivering high-quality services, free from work-related accidents and illnesses, environmental pollution, and bribery practices.
  • Conduct participation and consultation activities related to Quality, OHS, Environmental, and Anti-Bribery aspects as key concerns for all employees and work partners.
  • Protect the environment from potential pollution by implementing energy-saving measures and reducing both hazardous (B3) and non-hazardous (non-B3) waste.
  • All employees and company stakeholders are obligated to prevent, stop, and report any unsafe actions, environmental pollution, and bribery practices, as well as to report and take corrective actions on such conditions.
  • Establish and ensure the independence and freedom from conflicts of interest of the Anti-Bribery Compliance Function (FKAP).
  • Comply with and adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and other requirements relevant to the company’s activities.
