Employees and external parties such as customers, vendors, banks, and other stakeholders are encouraged to report any wrongdoing, unethical or inappropriate action, and/or behaviour of any member within the Group or business practices in the Group.
All reports are treated with strict confidentiality and will be directed to and accessed only by the Head of Internal Audit and the Chairman of Audit Committee (AC) for review, investigation, and follow-up.

Confidentiality and Non-Retaliation
Samudera shall ensure strict confidentiality of all whistle-blowers and reports received and the anonymity of person/persons making the report to the extent of the legal framework.
Samudera shall not retaliate nor tolerate any retaliation by the Management or any other persons or groups directly or indirectly to the person/persons making a report.
Samudera shall provide assistance/cooperation to the AC, any governmental, regulatory, or law enforcement authority, whenever required, in the investigation of the reported incident.
